By request, we've decided to start a thread dedicated to Sedo. We're looking for invaluable insight into what domainers want and need out of our parking program (and marketplace, of course).

Questions, comments, suggestions, tips are welcome! We're hoping this will be a great discussion about what works at Sedo and what might not (please be constructive and respectful to others in your feedback) so that everyone involved can benefit and learn from it.

Yes, I just checked the for-sale lander and now It's not showing the Cloudflare captcha so that should be the reason

Hi all,

Just to let you guys know because of some of the feedback we received here which was passed on to our Tech Team. We have removed the Cloudflare captcha for all domains using the SL1/2 nameserver and the SL15 landing page.

As a result, all visitors and potential customers will now be able to access the SL15 landing page directly, without the need to complete a captcha beforehand.

I added a pile of domains to last night, and as is common, four domains got stuck at Sedo, but these are all like the others and had a TXT code accessible through online tools (I use one alias domain for DNS text so they are all essentially the same domain), but for some technical reason Sedo didn't catch those four (not the same registrar either).

Three got resolved by last night, but this morning one domain is still sitting in limbo for over a day and I don't think it will ever resolve. Also, I have to change my nameservers to landers so I don't want to wait forever, so...

Is there any way to a) delete this stuck domain and input it again or b) force a manual reauthorization?

Otherwise, I guess this domain will be missing on Sedo, as I have no time for this crap.

Well, there is the impetus to switch. Off to do that now...

However, when you check the domain name through Sedo's search function, it shows a minimum offer of €20, while it should be 75% of the buy now price. In the screenshots provided, the minimum offer is €900. If you enter an amount below that, you will get a notification stating that the minimum is €900, but it would be better if it showed 'min. 900 EUR' instead of 'min. 20 EUR' from the start."

Well they are using views to market our names on the landers so, at least from a marketing perspective, the higher the better.

Looks like a lot of people are moving from Afternic to Sedo. Maybe, people will make more sales.

parking DNS use ns1.sedoparking.com and ns2.sedoparking.com

layout *new* Sales Lander 15 need cancel Cloudflare captcha


or suggest DNS name change to sl1.sedoparking.com and sl2.sedoparking.com, don't use sl1.sedo.com and sl2.sedo.com

because No one knows what Sedo.com does, but Sedoparking is more recognizable

Sedoparking means that the domain name is available for sale when parked. We hope sedo can pay attention to these details
