By request, we've decided to start a thread dedicated to Sedo. We're looking for invaluable insight into what domainers want and need out of our parking program (and marketplace, of course).

Questions, comments, suggestions, tips are welcome! We're hoping this will be a great discussion about what works at Sedo and what might not (please be constructive and respectful to others in your feedback) so that everyone involved can benefit and learn from it.

Google "Sedo Phone" and call them if you can. I suspect your new domain with all the traffic was formerly naughty. If this is the case, once they see it was not your website then they will let you back in, mabe not with your naughty domain.

I need to take my domains away from SEDO also, they are ripping off their "customers"

I have a domain that has had 268 CLICKS in the past 30 days, total earnings $2.09... ridiculous...

Wondering where the issue is - running a normal browser with no security/firewall that I know of etc.

Oh well. Works with the Tor browser too and my tablet so I guess it's a laptop problem.

It's something I don't understand. An online traceroute resolves fine. The Tor Browser running on my laptop is fine.. it's just Chrome and IE that don't like it (I don't have Firefox)

Just disabled Norton and protection software. It's all odd to me.

Same BS as I had once before.

I checked my IP 4 and IP 6 DNS settings (Windows 7) and manually set them to Google DNS. Still didn't work. When I went back the DNS for IP 4 had been changed again. Reset again. Same thing.

Turns out that when I installed a COMCAST PC Protection software it installed something called Sendori. Piece of crap takes over DNS and tries to change default error behaviour.

Removed. Bingo, everything works again. I'm not sure what's so special about Sedo pages that cause them to fail with every piece of adware blocker. it's likely that every COMCAST user that installs the recommended protection software will not ever get success landing on a Sedo page.

Does anyone at Sedo want to comment on this?

curiously, the drop happened after the update to their system of displaying ads from ____ "upstream provider" :gl:

I sent them an email about 3-4 weeks ago with a list of phishing names and a few with obvious shill bids including the 2 above.Most of them are owned by the same 2 or 3 people and registered within the last month or two.

I was subsequently advised that it would be referred to their compliance team,that has either not happened or the names have been approved by the team which I find hard to believe as every one of them is still on Sedo many as "featured domains" which makes no sense as they would have to be vetted by Sedo staff.

Has anyone else found changes to the Custom View display in Sedo making it very hard to use? Suddenly this view, and only this view, is so wide I cannot get the domains and the data for them on the screen at the same time. Looks like someone changed the CSS there.

Yes, I have the same problem. It seems they have had some kind of server error since at least Friday.

I also have problems downloading a document they have uploaded to my Transfer Centre.
