'School Shooter' Video Game to Reenact Columbine, Virginia Tech Killings

Who exactly thought this was a good idea?

In the yet-to-be-released School Shooter: North American Tour 2012, players can reenact school shooting tragedies at Columbine, Virginia Tech and Northern Illinois University, among other locations. The goal? "Become the best school shooter, ever," according to the developer's website.

Columbine, despite all the press, pales in comparison to the worst school massacre in U.S. history in Bath Township, Michigan back in 1927.

Shooting, while making for a challenging game, is of limited effectiveness in a real terror situation...

Even the Columbine shooters recognized that and had planned to wreck havoc primarily using explosives, but as like in the recent incident at the Southwest Plaza Mall nearby, the propane tanks didn't denote (such tanks are built with extreme heat exposure in mind; have numerous safety features).
