You can automatically monitor private messages for keywords such as btc / bitcoin / crypto currency and mark this message as potential scam for recipient. And if you detect more then 3 such alerts from same user to different recipients - temporary block PM option for a review.

That's an excellent idea. Please also consider using our private customer support forums to send us suggestions so that scammers/fraudsters don't read about them and know how to evade them.
