question Saw.com advice please

I have a chap from Saw.com ringing me, twice, very interested in marketing LondonHotel.com
I mentioned I don't really want an exclusive arrangement but the agreement he sent requests this

He saying all the right things to me "we think its worth a lot more" etc
but exclusive agreement probably means a longer haul (months years) doesn't it

Can you help me weigh up the pros and cons please?

For starters, you can simply ask him how long he requires the listing to remain exclusive.

Gather all the data possible to make an informed decision.

Also interesting that they are coming to you, as there are plenty of good names out there. Clarify the good-faith intent of the parties within the proposed contract.

Sounds to me like he might just already have a buyer or is close to it. Why not give it a chance for a few months?
