I'm running out of steam.

This is my last deal for awhile. I have 7 names pending that will be groundbreaking if I ever announce them.

Save.mobi - $3200
Collect.mobi - $1800

I'm feeling like this could be a great purchase. We'll see!!!

Although I'm not fond of more than 7 Keystrokes to a .mobi name, you picked up enough good ones to "hedge" your bets. Also with the amount of attention yet to be stirred up with more auctions that will last until 2008, you could easily flip these at any time during the next couple of years.

Personally, I wouldn't sell your names. Development in this space will be very lucrative in a very short span (maybe two years). More marketers will be slowly migrating towards PC ads, but as soon as Christmas 2008 hits when all handhelds have the latest internet offerings, you will then see a HUGE amount of money flow into the "mobile" market. An obscene amount. Again, there are more handhelds (4x's more) than PCs. Everybody carries their handheld's with them. To think marketers will have an opportunity to reach you wherever you are. This prospect is getting them salivating. All they need is for internet plans to come down (which will happen) and viewable, worthwhile websites to start popping up (which they will).

As far as buying anymore, I would stick to only the best. I like Save.mobi the best out of all your names. This name sounds like a coupon "destination". Marketers will be falling all over themselves to offer coupons via handheld devices in the next couple of years. I was reading a article in REVENUE mag that predicts "paper" coupons will all but be extinct by 2008.

Good luck, and remember. Buy short sell high!

We want them to do more, but no one has "pitched" us a good internet offering with our phone plans (will soon change).

Hi all,
Let's file an antitrust lawsuit against this guy! He's having too many of the good stuff!

BTW, save.mobi is a lot better than stockquotes.mobi IMO, almost comparable to fun.mobi.

Save.mobi - $3200

This was an amazing purchase...you will get so much more on this investment in years to come! I would have considered purchasing it at that price, and I've already maxed out my .mobi spending! In fact, I might have traded the majority of my portfolio for that one...in fact I still would. Interested? :)

I just love reading your pickups Jeremy! Congrats! :)

And thanks for sharing that article izo-pod:

"JupiterResearch estimates that 10 percent of U.S. mobile users browse the Internet on their phones. But only 2-3 percent check the Web on their phones at least five times a week -- a key measure of active Internet use and advertising readiness."

I can see that 2-3 % rising quickly and I think we've all heard that more people browse the internet overseas than in North America. Hopefully the rates for web access will come down soon here.
