Then they auctioned the domain for profit, removed it from our account, renewed it (!) for the new owner and took their money for a domain with serverhold. What scoundrels! Transfer out EVERYTHING and Retweet!

sav doesnt renew after win.. winner pays automatically renew fee plus win bid

today tried transfer bitcoinetfs,co and spiderweb,co to porkbun to save 6us total on PB co promo..3 dn max... normally I'd not bother but that's 3 burgers .. these days I convert everything to burgers.

so anyway

bitcoinetf went ok
but had open ticket again to remove from sav panel.

spiderweb says bad code
so I clicked reset
100 times
and no work
no new code.

open another ticket.

2 names
2 tickets

bad ratio

I'm pissed

but I'll be better after 3 burgers

spiderweb,co shows invalid code. reset doesnt work. I asked em fix now. because it's illegal not to give code on spot. which means if bug prevents it then bug fix should be on spot too. not a queue ticket.

On my iPhone, I couldn’t log in because the site wouldn’t accept the two-factor authentication code.


Legacy login only works:
https://www.sav.com/users/login

10-15 mins delay with getting 2 factor authentication code. Used legacy login.

I like sav and appreciate that you can either stay there and renew cheap or that you can easily get codes to move-out with no need to contact support and the expedite option. The service is good and security for 2-factor is rock solid. I do prefer the legacy domain manager though so the update wasn't really needed in my opinion.

Agree the old interface was much better

I just wish they would do some PR or defend themselves publicly. I haven't ever had an issue at SAV but I did transfer out all of my domains to be safe. Gives me Epik Rob Monster era vibes

Did you even find a way to add a backorder? I can't.

Only what they show in the list AI based targeted domains, no manual input like before, even the filter is broken.
I had to add a word* to find similar word+anything related domains, maybe a trick but the list was still long and most of those domains are in Pending Delete or already dropped, not Redemption or something with longer wait.
edit: even don't bother contacting support about this, it's game over.

I haven't received any of my backorders or been notified of any auctions for dropped domains in about a week. I can see they are catching them though. I won a few auctions and haven't received those domains yet either.
