yea there is plenty wrong with sav
most may be due to under stuffed

but... many of us who are there just love the exquisitely efficient friendly ui... and even know all prices avg sav is still top3..

compared to the shitshow ui and prices like namesilo namecheap gd dyna.. etc..
well sav bugs just arent enuf for me to quit

but hey who knows.. maybe sav got money issues and they close down in a yr or 2
who knows.

The new interface looks cool. Just now noticed.

Would Account balance use for purchases /payments be enabled in this upgrade?

Auction marketplace is missing in the menu items and not found anywhere on the page? Or am i not noticing it?

they dont have new ui
but it is the best one around

hell if ever they do get a new one it may well be a trigger for me to look elsewhere

ps I tried to reg a promo 3us com on space ship today ..first reg ever there.. and all I got was errors after adding paypal... wow.what a first impression lol so its probably a focku spaceship for me no tnx but tnx

Anyone having trouble with the new SAV page? Email verificaiton not sending out properly and sometimes the page can't even load properly. They have decided to stop letting people choose the old one - the new one is far from usable :(

The most awaited thing is using account balance for payment.

sav payout is actually mega simple.. way simpler than other places.. and only 2% and no PayPal fee.. should be free but it's way better than shitshow payout with 50 rules and fees like dyna

what sav should fix is that joke they call tax forms.. which should be fillable online like afternic etc.. and not some dumb downloading... plus the stuff they dont need filled out which is most of it... as it stands the full form would even make accountant confused. for 5 hours. they dont even bother to remove stuff they dont want. they just leave itall there and when people ask for help then they say fill only one section or something

this is beyond pathetic.

but use balance on sav buys would be cool.

so would makeoffer option on lander. not just bin

but seeing how bad their supportis now and undone tickets I'm not hoping for much on new features.

Are your nameservers pointing correctly? I checked 5 random domains today and they're simply not pointing anywhere although in their settings they're set with the correct nameserver. WTF.

UPDATE: 30 minutes after posting this and It shows properly now, however this took at the very least 6h to get fixed, that's when I discovered the issue, so it could've easily been an issue for the last 1-2 days.

@Traderas – We do appreciate the feedback! Let's go through the points 1 by 1:

Notify your clients for price changes of your products before they happen.
This is on our list for mid-this year. You will be able to see upcoming prices changes for TLDs and to subscribe to alerts via email.


Add the option to use account funds for new purchases.
This is partially in production now with Account Credit. In about 1-2 months, all existing marketplace balances will be moved over to this and all new domain sales will go to Account Credit so they can be used to make purchases.


Mention the related issue to the ticket's title and content, because now you can tell what is the ticket for.
Can you clarify this one?

Make your auction page fit more than 25 names.
Add filters like "Favorites" and "Number of chars".
Add a page with the active auctions we participat

@NameGroove – The new domain should keep the filters you left off on AND allow filtering by keyword. Have you tried it out yet?

@Traderas – 369471 - I see the ticket being marked as resolved but I don’t see any notes on it. Is this resolved?

@Traderas – Can you DM me the email details and headers so I can take a look?

@alcy – Is this still an issue or has it been resolved?

@Traderas – I think we covered this via email last week and determined that it was due to multiple different contacts being used, but not all being verified. Just respond back to that email if there is anything left to do.

@CK_Yau – Feel free to DM me the exact details. I didn’t quite understand.

@Constantin S – This seems like it may have been an issue with your ISP or DNS provider. Glad to hear its working again!

still have 4 names 150days expired

plus 2 more since then at 70 day expired

fix your bugs bro

it's been weeks that I wait for a refund for a failed transfer in. Opened multiple tickets. I want my money back, haven't received any service

This does not apply anymore, as you changed the ticketing system.

This was a ticket about the new cart not working.
I have opened multiple tickets since then. Some have been resolved and some not.
Bottom line is that the new V2 cart is not ready yet.
I haven't managed to use it one single time.

Today, I discovered that domain renewals are not automatically transfer from the old cart, to the new.
Your support advised me to use the "New Domain Manager", to add renewals in the new cart.
But the New Domain Manager is also not fully functional yet...
Also, I m not able to add a bank account to the new cart.

I really would appreciate you to tell me, why are you releasing new features while they are not ready.
I personally, have spent many hours trying to figure out how to work with your new features, and some of them occupying your live support, until we find out that what I m looking is not integrated yet.
This, gives the impression that your site is not working well, and is full of bags.
You could just release a beta version, and ask from domainers here to test it for free.
This is what many others are doing.
e.g. Domaineasy, Namepros landing pages

I honestly believe that you are moving in the right direction, and I m glad for that.
But the way you are doing it, I m not sure it s helping your business's reputation.

And talking about reputation.
Please remove your Trurtpilot rating from for sales page!!
You have only 2.8, that is hurting sales for sure.

tis is true
I suspect financially sav wasnt making it at previous prices. in one way this new crap prices across few tlds ..io com etc..
are understaable and on the other hand they suck and make sav no longer a great or best option.

I have 90percent names there ...for previous prices plus best ui around simplicity and efficiency wise. but if they force new ui on all and I find out it's less efficient.. then zero reason to be there. literally zero.

ui is still.good but maybe gets replaced by some slow complex new ui i dont care for

plus I have 2 month old ticket to remove 6 names 200 days expired and nobody at sav gives crap to fix

keep it up sav and u will be losing clients as fast as u got some in past

Sav will probably be gobbled up by a giant domain register like GD at some point. Just like how uni was.

Unable to login. Just the loader keeps going on and on and on and on and on and on... you get the gist
