well instead of putting names I wont renew on auctions with 60 day exp min rule... and then selling them 2 to 3 bucks avg..today I decided to give sav landers a go... with dns to sav... put real cheap 2fig prices... lets see if any action. that 60 day rule is just too much... dyna at 15days is living proof it can be done for less

who did payout to paypal? how long and how much that processing fee? is it mass payment with no pp fee?

We do catch .ME domains and are good at it.

12 days later SAV hasn't caught even 1 .me domain.

He should define good. I'm good at a lot of things. Doesn't mean I'm the best at it.

You need to be the best. Coming in on second place is generally being considered being good at something. In drop catching, it's means you lost the domain.

how many domains u had? wht is their whois now? usually delete account can mean freeze or disable access etc.. nothing usually gets wiped out fully. usually it just implies your account access was well.... deleted. what email did u get for this? check spam

hundreds of domains. I recently recovered my account. Their reason for the issue was that I hadn't responded to a complaint email for a long time.

.ME Backorders - There was an issue where our system would time out processing just .ME backorder requests on some days with higher volumes. This has been fixed. A big thanks to @Traderas for pointing it out.

@gt88hel - I just looked and the account and the domain are active. It looks like your last login was a few days ago and I see the domain is active and pointed to Dan landers.

@alcy - I wish you luck on the domain sales! Paypal fees are set by PayPal and vary from country to country. It should tell you the fee within your payout settings when you pick it.

That is correct! No catch, you can transfer out (after the 60-day registry transfer lock) and can set the nameservers/DNS like any other domain. Great prices like this are what Sav works very hard to do each and every day.

It seems Sav's chatbot has truly mastered the art of brevity. Who knew customer support could be so… succinct?

Interestingly, the number of customer complaints has plummeted as well.

Regarding how to unlock a domain: Just go the domain in the Domain Manager and click Unlock. https://help.sav.com/hc/en-us/articles/11932944365595-Unlocking-a-Domain

Now, some domains can not be unlocked right away due to registry restrictions. If the auction win was for a drop-caught domain, it will most likely remain locked for 60 days after the registration date. This is not our restriction but one placed by most registries.

I will DM you. I mean, I know how to unlock a domain if the system actually worked.

The issue is I can't even get to the option to unlock the domain because of your flawed two-stage authentication system.

I talked to someone else with the exact same issue.
