are seeriosly telling there are buyers who will bid on such 60day left auction and not want to renew the name? nick u should be including a renewal fee right off the bat aftrt auction ends... good for u too as u have a name for another year. then reducing 60days will be no issue. u already include this renew fee anyway for all expired auction wins right?
I agree. I missed out on doing auctions with some names at Sav because I was under the 30-day expiration mark. I often don't think about a name until it has 30 days left, and if I am going to let it expire, it's already too late to put it into an auction.

I don't see much of a difference with a name expiring in 60 days or 30 days - both will need to be renewed fairly quickly by the buyer. Renew fee should be tacked on if this is an issue with buyers.

What is your email address and what is the domain name? I would be happy to take a look.

Thanks, but I already got the answer, "According to our records, we were unable to successfully acquire the domain, and (...) this domain was registered manually not via backorder." and as a follow up "There are no problems with our backorder service that I am aware of. However, for various reasons, sometimes our backorder systems fail to capture a domain. (...) the backorder attempt for ...com failed, and another user manually registered the domain."

Realizing day after day that these SAV guys are not right.

They told me 4 times that my domains were unblocked, or my account is now active, or re-activated, re-enabled, "domains being reactivate as we speak", "you should be able to change name servers in hours", but everything is still blocked.

Really???????? Thanks god my other important businesses host domains somewhere else.

No ones cares about anything or they don't have experience.

I've reached my limit with Sav.com after a month of unresolved issues and severe business disruptions caused by their mishandling of my domains. Despite multiple assurances that my account and domains were re-enabled, I am still unable to transfer domains or change DNS settings, resulting in significant downtime for my business.

After extensive efforts to resolve this directly with Sav.com, I have now contacted three domain name lawyers to explore legal action. If anyone else has faced similar issues with Sav.com, I'd recommend considering your legal options as well. Or don't hesitate to get in touch with me so we can join forces.

There isn't much else to say regarding Sav, they have built something unique and one of the better domain auctions for great names but they lack the "funds" to solve the most simple things due to a lack of staff, education, legal team, and so forth.

My statement is right here, Sav messed up and big time too, move the heck out and never look back it's simply not a company anyone should be working with at this point.

After moving forward weeks ago I have not had a single email from them regarding what they did, moved hundreds of domains on my "costs" for a very unresolved reason.

Avoid SAV and their absolute insanity.

My domains have been transferred to Dynadot, so filing a suit now for me is pointless and costly but you most certainly have all the rights and claims to do so.

As someone who has seen it all, SAV is an absolute joke and takes profits over matters, not an act of freedom.

Everyone should register an SAV account and just wait for some random domain names that you didn't purchase to show up in your account, then either benefit from that or get a legal claim. To sum it all up SAV has had good growth and instead of thinking on the long term, they decided their profits were worth more than their reputation.

@Nick R You are a clown, and you own me thousands for this clown shit.

I'm also reaching out to domain name and internet journalists/writers to cover what happened with Sav.com. If anyone wants to join in and get mentioned, please contact me—it'll help with backlinks too ;) I'll be using MuckRack and Roxhill to reach out to as many outlets as possible and get some stories published.

Let's join forces

Hello. I just sent a NS update command (then put it back) on a few of your domains that were re-enabled and was able to update them just fine:

We have a DM going. If there are specific domains, please DM them to me or let our support team know.

Look at this!! Even CleanDNS said that everything was reversed back then! in 26 July. And i barely got back access to some domains 2 days ago. Important ones are still locked.
Wow!
What an irresponsible team.

Legal case in the making. Proof everywhere.

Is login working? seems like it's stuck at Verify two step.

Also, their chat bot has this amazing gem:

Not good. It shouldn't be up to the registrant to check that the registrar did its job. Especially after paying for the service.

its even worse.. been few months since renewal so I forgot.. but went thru some emails and turns out I did by luck see it as not renewed.. opened ticket in April...which they finalized as problem fixed.. yet her we are... domain not renewed... expired.. auctioned.. now used by some other

to lose domains like this for clients is imo the worst problem.. its unthinkable really.
