Hello NamePros community! We are creating a single thread where we can share announcements in, talk about product updates, people can ask questions and host a great discussion on all things domains!
PSA for everyone: I cant look into anything without knowing 2 things: The email address on your Sav account, and the domain name(s). Please post this or DM them to me.thought I'll menton.. worst fear came true.. renewed a .com on april12. paid. got receipt. but the name never got renewed... but like few other times before that accientally luckily i spotted by miracle.. well this one I did not spot by chance... so itjust expired ..went to auction and has new owner now... that's what u get when u dont fix most important and basic bugs. @Nick R
We do not track what Namepros users are which Sav customers.I can see that you have completely stopped backorders on .me domains. (for at least 10 days)
Your live chat support have no idea about this.
Also, my 3 tickets about this, are almost 3 months old, with no reply yet.
Are you able to give a responsible answer whether you support .me backorders or not?
I have spend many hours picking and ordering domains, that you were never going to catch.
And if you want to see " What are a few domains? " you can just look at my live chat communications and tickets, where I have mentioned many domains that I had ordered and they just dropped.
I'm tired of doing your job...

Even don't try, they no longer catch even .com domains if they are not interested, however they have a powerful automated tool which can catch instantly a domain, then they push it to auction, only in this case they will use it.How does not tracking who I am, stops you from answering my question?
Do you support .me backorders or not?
Some of the domains that you failed to catch and they dropped:
kigo.me
fema.me
vr360.me
thanos.me
Retard.me
AltEra.me
tkm.me
dgb.me
How are you determining what domains to backorder and when? It looks like these backorders may be being placed far from when the domains drop. We do catch .ME domains and are good at it. There is a Pending Delete list updated daily at the bottom of the auctions page with what days we are going to attempt what domains, and the deadlines that each backorder needs to be in by for us to attempt it.How does not tracking who I am, stops you from answering my question?

We do attempt .COM domains but due to some other companies with hundreds or thousands of registrars, our win % is lower than others. However, its worth placing them because if we do win the backorder, you will get it at a much cheaper rate!Even don't try, they no longer catch even .com domains if they are not interested, however they have a powerful automated tool which can catch instantly a domain, then they push it to auction, only in this case they will use it.
Else you can hand reg the desired domains second day, if you are lucky.

Anyone knows how I can transfer domains in bulk to SAV?
I'm asking here because the online chat's response was:

AFTERNIC canceled my Fast Transfer for whitelabellending.com in SAV. Upon investigation, I discovered that SAV had deleted my account. I'm currently looking into what happened.
I'm not a website developer; I only use BODIS or AFTERNIC's DNS for parking. If SAV had suspicions, I don't understand why they didn't simply freeze the account and allow a transfer, rather than resorting to such extreme measures.
I've never engaged in any phishing or questionable advertising practices with my domains. I only use parking DNS. If you have an issue with parking DNS, you should prohibit all parking DNS uniformly. You should treat all domains using parking DNS on SAV equally and consistently.
We do catch .ME domains and are good at it.
That said 8/22
12 days later SAV hasn't caught even 1 .me domain.
@Nick R
It's your right, not to provide this service.
What's frustrating is stating the opposite...
Don't be so gloomy, Dirk.He should define good. I'm good at a lot of things. Doesn't mean I'm the best at it.
You need to be the best. Coming in on second place is generally being considered being good at something. In drop catching, it's means you lost the domain.
hundreds of domains. I recently recovered my account. Their reason for the issue was that I hadn't responded to a complaint email for a long time.how many domains u had? wht is their whois now? usually delete account can mean freeze or disable access etc.. nothing usually gets wiped out fully. usually it just implies your account access was well.... deleted. what email did u get for this? check spam
That is correct! No catch, you can transfer out (after the 60-day registry transfer lock) and can set the nameservers/DNS like any other domain. Great prices like this are what Sav works very hard to do each and every day.as 6 Sept 2024 -- $7.95 dot com registrations. Is there a catch? Able to transfer out? Able to choose DNS? How is this sustainable!
