@Nick R

It just shows that I have three domains with buy now listing. How do I see/manage these listings ?

Anyone knows about this please let me know.

ALSO why is the list of extension so long. Everyday at least a few minutes are wasted just scrolling down to the settings at bottom. I wonder how time is that in a year ?

Sometimes the backorders I did appear at an auction without any other bidders ??? Just some weird things that I find only at SAV.

@Primary Names
Check Marketplace section, I not remember well how to see the for sale domains, but it is not worth to sell your domains at Sav, this is another Namecheap where you can sell cheap.
The complications you see in their auction is on purpose, they even don't point your domain to the proper Auction lander!

I will tell you all something about Sav.
They indeed have an internal automated dropcatching tool, and they decide if the domain is worth dropcatching, if it is worth they will do that and push it to auction to extract from you more money.
Already happened with many of my backorders there, if they don't see value in your domain they will not proceed with backordering it! You later can hand register it if no one else does.
I liked Sav allot, but this tactics shows their true face.

Once they even did not email me that I was outbid on my own backordered domain and I forgot about it and someone else won the domain.
Edit: maybe they themselves register them and bid with their own accounts. :xf.laugh:

I won/reveived a backorder and I never got an email either. It was just there in my account one day (lucky I even saw it). Weird they have no notification emails for won or denied...

so I tried reg ghanaai,com a month ago... got that email like many do too thatdomain not available and I wont be charged etc... ok no prob.. expired name someone was quicker than me... but today a month later I get 8usd charge to my paypal... so I chat..what's up... he says ghanaai is up... and with reg date from a month ago on top of it lol

anyway they said its bug... refunded etc.. still it's insane.. total chaos... and it only happens on sav. wake up. people will leave u like no tomorrow

@Nick R I've enjoyed Sav over the few months I've been with them (although I had some initial difficulty getting live on their website). However, I have been unable to change my nameservers for ONE MONTH. Submission requests to fix continue to be "escalated" but no fix is in place yet. Only posting this so others understand the downsides of choosing a registrar who can't get things corrected in a timely manner. $7.95 dot com regs seem nice until you run into problems like this.

SAV is a weird registrar.

I handregged a name there.
It started directing to SAV Namerservers.
I got an email saying my cart couldnt be fufilled and I can't reigster the name.

2 days later it's got no nameservers and i reg it at namecheap lol

@Nick R

Are you guys for real? Again, all my domains were updated to use different nameservers on the 14th and this is your explanation?

"It looks like the person who used to own this domain's nameservers were set on the domain at the registry. I will reach out to them to find out what happened. From Sav's end it appears everything was OK, but when we tried to update the nameservers back to your actual setting, the command failed because the nameservers had changed at the registry."

Historical data shows these domains never used efty nameservers before. They're a mix of previous owners. And the registry changed the nameservers at the root? What then? The .com zone is compromised? And they won't let you update?

My domains did update now but not to the nameservers I set and have been using eversince I had them in my account. You clowns forgot to add the third nameserver. Not that it matters. It still doesn't explain how come I set my 3 nameservers, domains have been working for months, then they get updated without showing a change in the panel and not being able to update them.

Are you guys considering a major bug in your software? Consider someone is using you guys on a production domain. Days of being blackholed after the issue has been reported. That won't end well.

Do you guys consider your system is hacked? Again, this is a very serious issue and judging by your reply I should most probably report this with my entire log to ICANN.

I just replied to your support guy. You have the ticket#. I expect a full report that actually makes any sense.

I have to give Sav.com credit for publishing the TrustPilot score of 3.1 on their homepage so prominently.

As I mentioned here, anyone using SAV should know that if you use SAV, youโ€™re probably not the only one with access to your domainโ€™s functions; previous owners likely still have access too.

Others have reported the same issue, and it hasn't been fixed in over a year:
https://www.namepros.com/threads/a-...l-of-two-separate-account-dashboards.1293076/

Personally, I don't have any very important domains with them, so I donโ€™t mind sharing them with others. But if youโ€™re trusting them with valuable assets, you might want to think twice...

Maybe not related with recent account ban, But SAV is really messed up.
Yesterday i hand reg a domain (Not "fresh" drop, so really small chance someone else reg it in exact same time). Got receipt from paypal. But it doesnt show up on my dashboard. So im waiting until ~30 min still nothing. thinking it's just normal delay, i didnt check it anymore.
then 1h later sav email me, telling my regged name is failed. and they will refund me. But when i check the name its already active and parked. whois record show exact date.
