Dear fellow domainers,
I placed a backorder for a domain at @Sav.com on 07/02/26. The domain was not captured (the backorder was unsuccessful), but the amount was still debited from my account.
I contacted SAV support, and they informed me that the issue has been escalated and a ticket has been created. However, it has been more than 10 days, and the payment issue is still not resolved. I’m not sure how long a simple payment-related issue should take to fix.
Due to this experience, I have removed all my backorders from SAV and do not plan to use their backorder service again.
Could you please suggest any reliable niche backorder services that you have had good experiences with?
