URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED @Sav.com

Dear Sav.com Support Team,

I am facing multiple critical issues with your platform since yesterday, and I request immediate resolution:

1. Domain Transfers Failing โ€“ Despite unlocking my domain names before initiating transfer requests, the receiving registrar is reporting them as "Domain Locked โ€“ Transfer Rejected."

2. Domain Renewals Not Processing โ€“ My credit card is being charged for renewals, but the amount is instantly refunded and the domains remain unrenewed.

3. Backorder Issue โ€“ I won a backorder domain and completed payment, yet the payment was instantly refunded without explanation.

4. Support Unreachable โ€“ I am unable to submit a complaint or ticket via your website โ€“ the "Submit Ticket" option is non-functional. There appears to be no alternative contact method, and emails are not being acknowledged.

Frankly, this feels like an intentional obstruction of customer requests, and it is deeply concerning. I regret moving more domain names to Sav.com, given the lack of accountability.

I urge a Sav.com representative to contact me immediately and resolve these issues without delay.

When I tried to logged in to make complaint through Submit Ticket, I am getting following message:

When I clicked the link to know the reason for nit processing the order, I have taken to the same Languages page!

I am experiencing the same fhing right now.

I tried to transfer a few domain names.
Some of them transferred with no issue.
But a bunch of them failed to transfer because Sav refused to unlock them. Or more accurately, they unlock them and then immediately and automatically re-lock them.

I expect this to take the rest of the week before their Tech team get around to fixing it.

Same thing is happening to me. Domains are showing as unlocked in my account, but whois is still showing them as locked.

It seems that we face different issues and other things work for us but for you not work.
Sav have backorder for me registry premium domains, but for some reason they did not backorder the other, had to hand reg it at spaceship after it drop.
Sometimes they work sometimes they don't, maybe they are tired of us, jumping from registrar to registrar only to benefit for cheap prices, but what we can do if we have only loses and no profit.
Last time I contacted support by chat, it was very fast and user friendly, no complaints.
