RESOLVED: Cant change nameservers

After doing a whois, it appears that the nameservers are correct, and something must have gone wrong on my server.
I just registered InternetHierarchy.com, and changed the nameservers, then tried to make it an addon domain on my server, but it wont work. Heres what I get:
And when I goto internethierarch.com, I get the default NP parked page (rather then 'server not found' which is what I usually get just after changing nameservers)
Is it just me, or have other people had this problem?

Removed Entry from httpd.conf The subdomain, internethierarchy.mikor.clearlyhosted.org has been removed.
internethierarchy.com could not be setup. The subdomain internethierarchy.mikor.clearlyhosted.org was not setup either.And when I goto internethierarch.com, I get the default NP parked page (rather then 'server not found' which is what I usually get just after changing nameservers)
