Sale to End Users + 60 Day Lock of Domains

I am selling a number of Domain Names to End User Companies
For example....
example.com
exampl.com (for typosquatting)
example.net
iexample.com
I believe I can obtain a higher price for selling them as a group
however
some of the names were obtained a year ago
and
some of the names were obtained several weeks ago
ISSUE:
If I sell these names as a group the names I acquired several weeks ago cannot be transferred to the registrar of the Buyer's choice as they are locked for 60 days.
QUESTION:
Is this a big problem or am I making too much out of it.
I believe I have an obligation to inform the Buyer up front that they will be locked for 60 days
but
I believe I can transfer them within the 60 days to the Buyer if he becomes a member of the registrar holding the names now ... right?
I am anxious to start selling now
or
do you think I should wait for the 60 day lock period to expire before I sell?

it depends on which registrar you're at. if you're with a large reputable one, then you can just push the domain to them.
