Safe linking to parked domains

Hi my name is Max,
I am thinking of linking to groups of parked domains from some websites that I am setting up. Would this adversely affect the websites PR or be seen by Google as links to a bad neighbourhood because the links are to parked pages and not websites. Has anybody had any experience with setting up this type of parking?

There is no safe linking to parked pages, as it is highly against the rules. There is no way to get traffic to your parked domain, except if it already has.

So what are the basic rules for parked domains, can you list them at directories or search engines?

I don't know about anywhere else, but at Sedo, you can link like this -

http://www.sedo.com/checkdomainoffer.php4? language=us&domain=DOMAIN.COM&partnerid=?????

just replace the ????? with your partner ID. This will bring visitors to your sale page, and it's 100% allowed.

As long as you list the domain as "for sale" it should be 100% fine.

Yeh that sounds good, but does anybody know, if I had say ten websites that linked to about another ten parking pages each, if I would get penalized by Google because the links are to parked domains, not websites, regardless of any rules about direct linking to your domain by ppc parking sites. I dont realy want to offer any of these perticular domains for sale, just park them untill I can set each one up as a website keeping the same links. Would this be Google friendly?

in my websites i usely make a small link down in the index page wich linked to the page that i put other people s links to other websites ,and some of my paked domains, and they got successffuly pr this last goog pr update, i dont put them in the index page but i put them in Link.php/htm/html page just need to be a clean well orgonized page
