Hi,i just saw something on a site and got wondering if its right to generate traffic to a parked page doing what i saw.It was a site having links to a parked page, and i know many parking services out there don't take this.Actually, this pages where leading to a page with parked.com,and they have been that way for quite a while. Can this be accepted by parked.

You'd have to check with Parked to know how they feel about that. In general parking services don't mind any existing links, and some don't mind if you are able to get links that are not doing things to fool or encourage people into clicking on the links.

Other services don't mind if you do more active things like using PPC ads to get traffic to your parking pages. For the most part they don't care as long as there is no tricks or fraud involved.

I have most of my domains with one parking service because they don't mind if I put up content on sites and have links to my parked domains. If people are interested in the linked word, then they click, but I don't get much traffic this way. :)

2 types of traffic:
fake traffic:

"Fake Traffic" includes all visitors to the page that did not reach the page "naturally." Natural traffic is type-in traffic. Fake traffic includes the following:

* Traffic from a visitor exchange system
* Advertising the domain in forums or e-mails
* Encouraging friends or family to visit the page
* linking the site to a link list
* using Google AdWordsโ„ข or other similar programs
* generating traffic from scripts, robots etc.
* Self-generated clicks and Traffic

Natural traffic is type-in traffic.

Also traffic that is generated through clicking a link displayed on a search engine is considered natural traffic.

If a domain was formally a website, the traffic that was linked to that site is natural traffic also.

most if not all parked domain services will copy/imitate sedo.com of accepting/describing natural vs. fake (man-made) traffic
mostly want natural traffic of course.

I usually frequent traffic exchangers as it's one of my way of traffic sources (fake, man-made traffic) and I see lots of sedo.com getting banned just because they placed/promote their site on these man-made traffic.

Im also an owner of traffic exchangers and as a courtesy to these ppc, i usually ban parked sites on sedo, using adsense/ypn
