RuRegistrar.com & Snapnames are they legit

Just wondering if RuRegistrar.com is legit or is it another DODGY registrar i was forced to use by snapnames?

They are taking my money (multiple times) but not renewing the domains and not answering emails?

Anyone else have problems with these guys?

Google chrome has a warning NOT to proceed to the site

IIRC in DNF, someone said SnapNames cut them off.
