Register.com's Service Sucks

Has anyone else had problems with register.com ?

I just got a name in a bid at snapnames but can't confirm or manage it as register.com have sent me a confirmation link that has already expired - they have done this twice !

I have sent them at least 3 emails + 2 to snapnames and have phoned register.com 4 times (not cheap from the UK)

Are these people just morons or am I just unlucky - has anybody got any good or bad things to say about them ?? This is the first time I'v had to use them. Is this common for register.com ? :td:

when you called have you asked for the manager or the man in charge at that moment??? if you haven't that's what i would do.

Thanks, I'll try that when I call again tommorow - they said they would call me back in 10 mins - that was about 4 hrs ago - hopeless customer service so far :td:
