Profit amount = Sold price - Buy Price.

Profit % (RoI) = ( Profit amount / Buy Price ) / 100

There is online tool available too but i did in my excel...

No, you have divide not multiply.. Check online tools like http://www.calculator.net/roi-calculator.html
