RobotNow.com - this robot was born in 2002

Nice little "robo" sale I noticed on Namebio this afternoon (Not mine):
robowork.com 2,014 USD 2024-11-03 GoDaddy
Good to see some robot sales. Not many happening vs the hype and domainer interest. Congrats!
Elon Musk says there will be more humanoid robots than people in less than 20 years
When I see articles like this, I tend to believe its a matter of "when," not "if," robotic domains will take off.
The potential is obviously huge, the question as always with these type of "future tech" domain trends is when will larger sales start taking place "en masse?" The projections are currently 3-5 years, so it's certainly a long-hold vs a "flipper" scenario in my mind.
Above said, I see a lot of small sales in the $200-$300 range with Domain investors accumulating assets under-the-radar right now. By my count @30plus "bot" containing domains (bot/robot/robotic) noted on Namebio since the beginning of October along with a handful of "robo" sales. (JMHO, but averaging over a sale a day seems pretty solid for an emerging trend, even if is mostly just domainer acquisitions...)
BTW, here's my latest long-tail "Robo" acquisition:

LOL! I won't be taking your bet...While I agree this is a long hold - I'll take the under on Elon's bet. And it'll be the easiest bet I ever won. There is no way by 2044 there will be more than 8 billion humanoid robots (humanoid being the key word).

congrats. hold time? what do you think you would have got if it was homerobot.com instead?
