I've been doing some research for a while and compiled some names, but never really focused much on the robot niche in the past. So I decided instead of going to the aftermarket with the profits from my last sale I would just go ahead and dive in...

Just hand regged these all, so those of you that have been in the niche for a while give me an honest opinion of what ya think!

I know they're not exactly category killers, but I'm happy with them. I noticed Robo at the end also doesn't seem to be too popular, but I actually kind of like it and hope it continues to catch on.

I was surprised on a few of them, but that's one of the things I like and dislike about this niche. You have plenty of options with robot, robo, bot, and their plurals, but it also means that many more options for potential endusers.

I have a nice little list of other names I think may be solid, but I don't want to get reg happy and get stuck with a hefty renewal bill a year from now.

I used to have that one but let it drop in preference to bothire/com and some others

As usual, I see a lot of domains regged that will never sell to any reseller or enduser.
One thing, registrars make money of domainers who just reg domains so they can tell the world about their new regs.

I agree with what you say but I do see some good robot-related domain names here such as BotApps(.)com, HireBots(.)com, ... (these are not my domains, just posting some (what I consider to be) good domains from other people in this thread).

Personally I only invested in 12 robot domain names in the last 2 years but since I sold 6 of them so far (some to end-users, some to other domainers) I would dare to say mine are in fact selling at a good rate
