At least $2.5k in my opinion. Look on LinkedIn after Robin Smith, and you have the almost perfect audience/target. If i were you, I should start evaluate the domain from this point. A good sales letter, a private auction, etc. You can also try Flippa with paid promotion, might gain some interest, but my guess is that would be under $1k on an auction (and maybe more time to sell).

It seems like a common name, so I imagine there's at least one rich robin smith in the world who might want it B-)

this is great domain, as robin smith is very common and you must find some rich Robin,
its value is in xxxx depending upon how much rich Robin you can convince.
Best of luck

Judgie was a great cricketer.

I always think that trying to profit from someone's actual name is a bit crappy but that's just me :)

There would be 1000s of Robin Smith's.

Isn't selling a name to a business because they want that specific name essentially the same thing?

I got an offer $3200 on this domain. What's your opinion to go for it or not?

Fair offer for a name. It will probably take a long time to get a better offer.

It's a very good domain, but you need to find a wealthy Robin Smith who has an ego :)

If it was your own name, sure hold, and ask for more, since it is unrelated, and a touchy subject to some, your have a fair offer, sell it.

Not sure of your cost to obtain, how long you have owned it/regged fees, but in my opinion that's a very nice offer! I would take it! Save half, and use half to invest in some more domains! Good luck!

Outrageous TSB, :)

'It's a very good domain, but you need to find a wealthy Robin Smith who has an ego :)'

I have two of my previous employers names, both very wealthy not to mention the Property name of one of the largest Sugar Cane farms in the region where I live. I even have my 24 year old daughters first name without the surname. Is it immoral to buy up peoples names and then try to shop them to them?

TSB, what was the response of the Robin Smiths you approached, if you don't mind sharing.

Regards
matt

Yes @-Matthew- , you are correct. It's hard to find the right buyer for a full name domain who was OK with your Reserve / Bin unless the buyer desperately looking for it.

For me to sell the domain I contacted few Robin Smith's by Googling, in FB and LinkedIn. But a minor response I got. Most of them stepped back by looking at the BIN/Reserve . And few of them already have some established website names so they don't want to go for the Reserve what I am looking for.

But few days after, luckily I got a request from a different person as their friend's name is robin smith and they want to gift it her on some occasion. So completed the deal.
