How do you pump and dump a domain?

Has anyone suggested another extension is actually better than .com? There's lots of profit to be made elsewhere but better?

I'm surprised a guy who posts about making deals involving equity in ventures is against make offers versus strictly BIN pricing.

Why not on the landing page? Do you guys set calendar reminders for day 21? I've sold a domain within 18 hours before. It's only an issue if the buyer won't open an account at the same registrar (has never been an issue for me).
