I also like your logo, though it seems a bit based on the winter season, is that a season rotating logo or just a temp for the winter seasons? Would be kinda of cool if it changed with each season.
We change the logo and color scheme based on seasons in Rhode Island. We also had a thanksgiving and christmas theme.
Structure is nice, no obvious grammar errors or anything. The site is simple to navigate as well.

It seems a tad redundant to have the categories across the top as well as on the right, but that's my opinion. I think you've done a nice job with the site. Job search boards are always helpful, especially in today's economy when it's difficult to find work.
