Your banner would go right on the top where the Google Adsense ad is right now.The site is a PR3 so I might also be interested in offers for text links.
You can see ad impression stats for the google ad.The channel for the ad on the top where your banner would go is wirefiles-main.You can see so far on December it`s had 13K impressions:
