Sorry $10 is the price.It`s a bargain for such a full-featured script.You won`t find one with all these features for that cheap.

Just a quick note to buyers; this is a very nice script however, it will need a lot of editing to bring it up to todays standards and some features are quite buggy...appart from that, it is a very nice script.

The only bug I found in it was that the delete file function was commented out for some reason. I put it back in and its working perfectly.
As far as I know he is not the maker of the script and I sincerely doubt he´s even used it since I´ve been running www.wirefiles.com with it without a problem.
Don´t even know what "today´s standards" means to him. I wasn´t aware image hosting had evolved tremendously.Dont knonw what my 3000 users are missing then....

No, i did not make it. YES i have used it and it is a very annoying old and outdated script.

kektex cant say how well its coded as he hasnt modified it...if you keep it having the same plane layout, you probably wont have a problem...however, if you try skining it or integrating ANYTHING into it you will end up having to recode half of it yourself.

Its mainly the admin side of the code that is screwed up...it isnt compatible with PHP5, suse linux, or windows based servers. It also has problems with some versions of mysql & php

If you read my post you might see that I did modify and have added a few features, in the user interface as well as in the admin interface without a problem.
I have not skinned it because of lack of time, but anyone half proficient in HTML could do this easily. I´m not talking about editing in Frontpage or Dreamweaver by the way.
I have tried the script in about 3 or 4 different hosts and have sold some copies of the script and I have still to find an installation that did not work correctly.
What does an "updated" image hosting script do BTW? This one has all the features like watermarking, thumbnail creation,etc.

rmwebs has every right to express his opinion on the script as long as he has used it (which he has). There is no need to delete the thread at all just because the script has a bug or two perhaps.

rmwebs said that the script is not compatible with PHP5... WELL if that is true, that's quite a big problem, and a very annoying one, but its still possible to fix that up quite easily so I am still interested in it.

Personally I am still interested in buying the script, please PM me your PayPal address and I'll grab a copy while I can if your still selling.

I wasnt trying to trash your thread, however i do feel that people should know that they may have problems on certain systems...i also think it is your duty to tell them as the seller as they will come to you when/if they have a problem.
