I've decided to sell off www.101retirement.com, i have never got round to promoting it in any way although i know the niche pays very well!
The website comes with 17 quality unique retirement planning articles (you can see one live on the website, all with that quality), custom and unique wordpress theme with full rights.
It merely has 1-2 uniques per day, although with right promotion it can be a gold mine (Look at overture bids) i just don't have time to promote it.
It made $3.79 last month which i can provide proof if needed.
