discuss RESPONSE REQUIRED - Invalid WHOIS complaint: Will I LOOSE my Domain?

Hello fellas,
i am in a pinch here, my competitor or maybe an illicit buyer is trying to use ICANN method to take over or get my domain suspended, any workarounds? any experiences?
Because i am loosing my sleep over this, i brought it for some bucks from a reseller and have a project going on, so i would not want to loose it.

Any kind of help will be gladly appreciated.

its where you report a domain to icaan (using there form) for invalid whois and i am not sure how to verify it without loosing your domain.
