2/ Any way to manage renewals etc other than thru resellers.co.in?

Yeah, I just noticed that when I went to check the Resellers.co.in website. pratiknaik, a member here, runs Resellers and he hasn't logged in for almost 2 months :td:

Does anyone know what's happened to resellers or pratiknaik?

Anyone know if Directi assigns accounts to another reseller or what. How to find out? Resellers now resolves to a parked page. I need to change some nameservers.

Ok, damnit. dn.resellers.co.in was working a few weeks ago and now doesn't again. Redirects to parking page again. I can login to super.resellers but any links I click take me to a parking page.

Someone HELP please. Got renewal notice and now can't get there to renew.

Appears there may be DNS issues. After calling resellers support; the had me go through a proxy; could login but do nothing. Is now resolving for me now. Think it is time to transfer out.
