I'm considering getting a resellerclub account to resell domain names, but since they also offer hosting, I wanted to get feedback from other NP members about the quality of their hosting, customer support, etc.

Old posts have many complaints, but I've heard they are taking steps to improve so if you have recent experience with hosting or the reseller aspect of resellerclub would you please post it here now?

Same deal with WildWestDomains (Godaddy) Thanks.

I signed up last year and I there have been several upgrades since then, so I think they are working on it.

But I'm not using their hosting yet because of the upgrades. About every other month I get a notice that the hosting panel is down for hours at a time for maintenance. When they've been up and running for a while without problems I might try them.

Here is my experience about "testing" of ResellerClub:

I strongly NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!
After I've signed up and making a deposit $199, I've just got the access to all features in account.
I had a lot of questions with control panel, and writed to their support - NOBODY WAS NOT ANSWERED!!!
I writing to my "Account Manager" - ALSO ANY ANSWER !!!

Finally, I've transfered to them just one domain, got and decided to get my money back.

Oh :(( After that, I asked for a refund - and my money was gone from my Resellerclub's account,
BUT WAS NOT REFUNDED TO ME :(( :td:

TILL THIS DAY (20-oct-2007) I DON'T HAVE ANY(!!!!) ANSWER FROM THEIR SUPPORT AND/OR FROM THEIR "Personal Manager"
MY MONEY IS NOT RETURNED TO ME!!

IT'S CALLED AS FRAUD!!!

I've been with ResellerClub/DirectI for over 6 years now. Couldn't recommend them more highly, they have really got it together. Over the last 2 years support has improved considerably and so has overall communications about upcoming promos and any downtime due to upgrades. I find now I get replies within 12 hours or less for support, sales or from my account manager.

I use resellerclub too. In these days they have changed their pricing, raised a bit. I dont use their support desk, cause that is too lazy to answer, i just call them and they give me fast response :) Although they are indian, thats why not very wicked in discussions. But my WHMCS has a integration with directi, so really need to use them, even i like their pricing too. Its not too high really comparing with godaddy or enom.

To be frank, I just use them for domainnames and has not tried their support even once. So cannot actually comment on that.
But their prices are good.

their pricing for domains is actually very good.
Their pricing on hosting is not.
You can get much cheaper hosting from hosting companies and from offers here at NP.
WebHostingTalk.com has some amazing offers and, generally much cheaper/more powerful options are available out there.
as for customer support, so far (for domains) they have been very helpful.

Namecheap.com are being doing good service in domains.
Their web hosting packages I guess cannot be considered only from prices side. I think that in a month or few month they wil have customers which will be able yo share their experience with namecheap.com web hosting.
