[REQ-HEADER] - Game Related Website. - UPDATED! [$50]

Heya,

Type of Contest : HEADER Design!

Prize : I offer $3000 NP's (according to the prices ATM thats $60) or $50 Paypal.. The winner will choose what he/she wants.

Contest End Date & Time : Friday 8th of December 21.00 (PM) GMT+2 (Greek Time) (I will end it sooner if i find something i like..)
Size Requirements : 600 x 150 (max!) Please check out the eleor.jpg file to see how it looks and what would be the best sizes and stuff..
Color Requirements : Colors should be similar or the same dont want any changes on that part. (talking about the logo here!)
General Requirements : The site is related with online games! So i hope you get a basic idea of it..
Additional Information : I need a new logo/header for my website. You can check the logo i use ATM. I want something similar but dunno should look much better.. :/ The Header must have the same

Extra : If you can make a christmas version too i will add some extra NP's (only NP's!). Thanks!

Im open to any suggestions/tips etc for the LOGO.. Later on i will also need 3 banners for it so do your best? lol :P

I would also like some suggestions and help on the whole design if you want to help me out.. Like what i could change, how i could make it more interesting and stuff like that.. If your help is good (the site actually looks better..) I will reward you with $1000 NPs or $10 paypal..

Last request about the christmas one and you are done i think :D
If i can see it with the same letter colors and if it is possible to add some snow effect on the words (letters on top have some snow or something like that :P)

I actually find that a little overwhelming and hard to read.

I agree.. It might look in some parts better but its just too much :P
Although noone thought putting some ice crystals from the letters or something xD
