Prize : $25.00 USD by Paypal to winner upon delivery of logo.

Contest End Date & Time : 9.00PM Pacfic time : 16th November 2006

Size Requirements : 1000 plus pixels at delivery by email

Color Requirements : I have no solid ideas about what I am wanting from this logo so bring out your creativity. It needs to feminine, simple yet classy. Inspire me.

General Requirements :
The site will be dedicated to the introduction of young ladies to society from aristocratic or upper class families with forums and photo albums for users. The domain extension is not required within the logo design, but the name,DEBUTANTE BALL, must be in it.

I would like the logo to be more (I think the word everyone uses is) brandable. I would like if it could be easily recognized and could be easily put into print to be placed on such items business cards.

Additional Requirements:
The winne'rs logo will possibly be incorporated into another future contest for a header and a contest for a Web design Template.

***There will generally be one winner but as some of you know that have entered some of my previous contests I tend to pick multiple winners if I can't make up my mind. For example, I picked multiple winners in my Abyss Logo Contest.

I have no solid ideas about what I am wanting from this logo so bring out your creativity. It needs to simple yet classy.

At this time, I have no color preferences in how the logo will be. I was wanting some inspiration from everyone's creativity. I just wanted to see what people pictured when they see or hear the word "Debutante" or Debutante Ball."

It does have to be a bit feminine yet classy. When I think Debutante, I sometimes picture a symbol of a fleur-de-lis and associate it with heraldry. If that helps any.

Looks like a nice header rather than a logo however it doesn't give a heraldic or feminine vibe.

Although it the logo looks feminine, the silhouette of the woman creates two images in my mind. Correct me if I am wrong but it looks like she has a bird under her skirt. It also looks like a stripper bending over because the top of the silhouette of the fluer-de-lis creates the image of a butt-crack and it makes it look like a woman bent over.

I really like the colors you chose. I like the ribbon over the ball. I get it. :kickass: Can you incorporate a fleur-de-lis into the logo? Can you also play with some different fonts? I'm not sure if I like the current font.

Personally, I don't think the fleur-de-lis fits anywhere in this logo. I simply couldn't find a place to put it. I think it does relatively well on it's own without it but that is just my opinion. I changed the font on this one, I hope you like it :] If not I could maybe show you some other options. And if you really really want the fleur-de-lis in the logo, I will do my absolute best to incorperate it.

1st one I do like the butterfly but Debutante is not spelled correctly.

2nd one Strawberry Shortcake in not what I think when I think Debutante.

One word can only describe this logo. WOW!

$tealth you entered one of my other logo contests for and the Abyss Logo and showed alot of promise in design. I just wasn't sure how to incorporate that logo into the scheme of what we were looking for at the time.

This one is definitely fabulously WOW!

The last one is the best one for card, website ect.

I did some research on Debutante Balls and found that the original colors were B&W; the ladies gowns had to be white. And I've seen photos of their escorts with B&W tuxes. Hence, the reason why I stuck with a B&W color scheme.

However, if you prefer different colors, I can definitely change the colors or anything else for that matter .

The first one I like without the dresses. The second one I like as is. I can't decide which one I like better. Great job again.
