Sold after 6 days of negotiations @Afternic Lead Center:

QBell.com for $7,000.

Afternic Price Request Lander.
Boost Off-15% commission.

Acquired in December 2023 from GoDaddy auctions for ~$70 (impossible nowadays).
Was priced $29888, broker said buyer’s budget was 5k max and closed the lead. I decided to accept that as still a good ROI and continue negotiations, and he even achieved $7k. Kudos to James B. Great job!
