Hand reg, 1 renewal.
Details:
Received a 1k offer through Dan, just rejected, no counter. A min later he messaged me asking what Iโ€™m looking for, I said 20k, he said if he can do 60 installments heโ€™ll do it now, I said Iโ€™d do 48 installments, he agreed, made the first payment, done deal.
20 mins from initial offer and the domain was transferred and deal done.
Iโ€™ve had my biggest sales happen this same way, rejecting their offer w/out countering. They all did the same thing and immediately messaged me what I was looking for.
I use this as a vetting process. So far so good.
