Afternic BIN, hold time 7 months. Drop reg.

Some notes related to this sale:

1) This domain has been quite some time listed for low xxx range and did not sell. Conclusion, make sure you don't underprice your domains. Often the effect can be contrary of what you think.

2) I no longer have anything listed xxx range, the absolute minimal BIN price is now $1088. Had a few tests for discounts and they did not bring the needed results. the $280, $288 and $299 clearance prices have stopped working for me at all in 2022. In fact anything less than $500, at least. Now all is > 1k, and once I had this price set, the domain above has sold shortly.

Sold for $800 at Dynadot.

This was listed for $1488 (Afternic lander) but I just got an offer for $250 (my min price at Dynadot). After some not so long haggling we settled for $800.

The buyer got a good deal and I'm happy with a reasonable amount for this domain.

Hold time 6 months, drop reg.

Edit: $760 is income after Dynadot's fees.

Sold a LLL.co for $21,000
“Em / tee / cee”
Submitted to Namebio - please don’t type out the name here.

Sold on Afternic, at just above the floor price. No idea if a broker was involved; I was never contacted and never got a price request.

The name was steadily receiving offers (albeit low-ish) at DAN and elsewhere.

Purchased on Namejet for $265 in 2011.

Hope everyone is doing well. 👍🏼

Sold for 3988 via aftenic FT

Hold time is a little over 1 year.

Hand reg+1 renewal

I hand regged about 40-50 names during this phase and sold 3 names from that batch. I have been very lucky and grateful for the opportunity this industry provides.
