I had a very good year with 5 letter .com sales too. Not these amounts but a lot of sales which together made a nice profit all in all.

Let me address your concerns precise and slowly so even you can understand.

1. Not sure who you are referring to in your comment about someones account being suspended but I am new here after spending many years as a faithful member of DNforums.
2. I have never had a signature.
3. I learned of Brandbucket.com, Frozenlemons.com and Foxydomains.com from this forum.
4. I have sold domains at Foxydomains and Brandbucket.
5. I do not owe you any more explanation then I have already given. I sold these names to an attorney representing the client who purchased these. I signed an affidavit that specifically stated I would not release the information of the names until a certain date. Reason being for starters is; the individual who purchased them are incorporating the names into his already registered trademarks and copyrights. If the names got out someone could jeopardize that process by using the names and establishing common law rights. Sorry for not wanting to defy my contractual agreement and face penalty of perjury of the affidavit just to satisfy your needs.
6. The fact that these names sold and the industry is still alive is the point of me posting what I did.
7. Its ashamed that I come to this forum and receive a warm welcome from everyone and then have to get this disrespectful response from a newbie.

Firstly,

This is no way to report domain sales. The above tells nothing.

Secondly if you are legally bound to keep the sales private why are you reporting it?

Third. According to you the sales is not completed? so why are you reporting it? You can understand why it seems a bit strange?

To be honest I have seen a lot of fake sales reported in this thread and some I have randomly checked myself.

If moderators agree I have a simple way to verify all these sales. If anyone posts any domains sales I can have these verified and if we find out that lies are being told, members should be banned automatically and have their details made public via all the major domain forums. False hope should not be given to anyone and advertising domains in this way should also not be allowed.

If you sell a domain privately keep it private!
If you sell one public expect questions of proof. All reputable Dn sales reports require this and I will be speaking to the moderators to get this sorted.

So more reports like " I sold a CVCV for 10,000" buyer contacted me. A story like that can certainly be shared in another thread but not in this reported section!

I would be a little surprised to see xyzoooo.me sell for that but, I agree when in doubt don't share anything on forums. I sold a .ca yesterday just cleared escrow at sedo $1776 Euro. I won,t share as I don't want to have buyer upset.

I totally agree with you. I realize its nothing personal, its a contractual agreement that I signed stating I would not release the names. It is personal to me that I respect the legality of my situation. The legality is in releasing the names, not talking about the transaction. Since I am in the legal field I understand the difference.

I seen many places where people state they do not see value in 5, 6 letter domains. Thats the main reason I posted, to show their still is promise in selling these types of names.

I have no idea whats goin on here and if domainyoda is telling the truth or not.

I just know that i received/exchanged PMs /with someone (Member : Dotcomer) who told me 2 or 3 weeks ago that he made a new website (foxydomains) and if i like to put my 5 letter names there for free.
Then today i saw that this member's account is suspended (also seams like the username was changed to JeffPratt before suspension).
I have no idea why the account was suspended.

The account of dotcomer/jeffpratt was suspended 29.December.

The account of domainyoda was created 29.december.

I leave the rest to you.

As already stated I learned of the sites mentioned from this website. Not sure who the owners are of any of the sites you sell domain names nor do I really care. As long as my names gets sold is all I care about.

Do you realize how many people are on this site? It is possible that someone could join as someone else departs, etc at the same time!

Simple protocol from any site this large could simple be traced by an IP address. Thats not hard to see who or what the other person is that had his account suspended.

I dont find much in bashing the owners of these sites such as Brandbucket, Foxydomains or Frozenlemons! I for one do not want to get slapped with a slander lawsuit!

Bottom line is you sign an affidavit to not release a name you dont. I listed my sales. Period.
