.. what does that mean?
Hand registered recently and sold within 24 hours through outbound
Sale price: $1,725(Make Offer)
Hold time: 1.5 month.
With afternic lander? Any outbound?
Yes with Afternic, no outbound.
Ouch, I dropped this domain 5 months ago Congrats!
Yet another smaller sale today. Afternic BIN, hand reg, hold time 1.5 months.
I have a question and of course you don't have to answer if you don't want, do you set a min.price or keep it $20 as default?
It varies, but never $20.
When I start with a new TLD and unsure yet of pricing, what will sell, etc - I use min offer = 50% of the BIN.
At this time I'm using BIN only, no min. Either buy it, or not.
It works well for me but you need to be pretty sure about the price you are going to use. Otherwise, it's probably the wrong option. Too low or to high, you'll be losing money. So min offer is probably be best option for many, not to mention having the possibility of negotiating and also learning more of that.
Side note I tend to use min offer >$200 whenever possible = dont' want to deal with'em lowballers (at all).
Edit: Anything above $150 tends to weed them off; $200 is great, $220 or something even a better "cleaner".
Edit2: Also using min offer on any domain priced above 3k.
wow. it happens, next time you sell my drop bro!

Do you think it was related to.......
etc etc ?
Certainly think so, and this was in fact not the best one - lots of smart and legacy farm names still in portfolio, because farming will be booming. People are moving to cities everywhere. Being a farmer is not popular like it used to be. Growing number of people in the world, less acres for agri. Drought and climate issues. Has to be smart and efficient for the highest yields. Farmers will be the new riches, according to Jim Rogers*. They will drive Ferraris. I congratulate the buyer of this name.
Thanks - you just reinforced my own thoughts

Sold for $1,200
Asked for $1,200 buyer agreed straight away.
Purchase price: $9.99
Hold time: 1 week
Sale type: Outbound
Great sale, congrats. If you don’t mind, how do you find companies to outbound to, I searched for the keyword and can’t find a company with that keyword, just articles only.
ok now I just wanna hire ya to outbound all my vr names
p.s where did u buy decent vr name like this for 10$ a week ago? I've been following vr names for 5 years
..names in this quality range aren't available for handreg for a while now...
That's all I do for outbounds, search google. I search the keyword and see if there are any companies linked to using the given keyword or articles linking a company. There was a few companies linked to vr expedition(s) it's just digging deep sometimes.
Another great sale from vr/xr king 👑
Great work. 👍👍
Yeah this wasn't an hand reg. That's all I can really say to be honest but you are correct. It is hard to find vr names at that sort of pricing nowadays. When I say hard it's almost impossible
