Awesome selling rate, is there any outbound?
Nope. I only do inbound.
Edit: The rate is really depending on correct pricing. A bit too high and it goes way lower. A bit too small and it also goes low as buyer doesn't see value in the domain. So you have to be spot on.
Afternic BIN, hold time 5 months. Clearance sale (I'm discarding all word'n'words as I have better ones).
Note: Sold dozens of these in the last 30 days at $75 so overall it definitely amounts to something
Edit: not a bad name tho, especially now in pandemic - deliveries
Sold: Optick/ .co
Sale price: $199
Hold time: 11 months and 19 days
Registered in july last year (2020) via @epik promo for 1.99
Sold in last october (2020) for 499 bin at afternic
Domain name: Hey.Holiday
Sale venue: Afternic
Listing type: Make offer
Listing upgrades: None
Asking price: $500
Sale price: $500
Less commission $100
Less purchase/renewal $100
Net received $300
Purchase venue: Godaddy
Purchase price: $50
Details: Hand registered in 2019 and one renewal. This is my first 3 figure sale. Was listed as Make Offer at Efty and Afternic. Initial inquiry came through Efty and offer made of $500 and accepted. Price inquiry received through Afternic and quoted $500. Sale was completed same day through Afternic so had to pay commission.
I think this may be the second highest recorded sale at Namebio of a .Holiday as top place is held by $637 so I'm happy with my price and the way that the sale was completed.
Great news, we have successfully verified the payment of $500.00 for hey.holiday.
p.s...just a small edit for actual net received after all costs taken off
3 in one day. An anomaly for me. I just got lucky because I can go several weeks with no sales at times.
2 BINs & 1 Lease. All at asking price. But OccasionToCelebrate(.)com was a fitting last sale for the day...
I ended up using a lot of the proceeds to purchase undie(.)com shown here.
Other: I still own CarvingCompany(.)com
Platform: biix (via lease)
Bought for $12 I think, in godaddy expired auctions. the domain was expired 3 days ago and I was letting it drop, so that's a nice sale.
Awesome deals, 3 in a day is big accomplishment. Congratulations! @NameBuyer.com
Congratulations, this are indeed great numbers.

Looks like you surpass your 2021 target in one month only. Kudos 👏👏👏
Wow great sales. 3 years and I've never even had an offer. Something isn't right . Must be invisible.com 🤣
I think it's a numbers game in this case...imagine having 1000s of co domains..all in decent quality.. of the type posted ...so not hotel.xyz but not determined..,xyz either. u get the point.
a strategy like any other... the most important thing to always look at for any strategy is at end of year.. what is our roi...so renewals..etc...
Sale price: $1200
DAN's commission: $60
Type: Inbound offer via whois mail
Total cost: $509 (Reg fee @ 72.60 + 6 Renewals)
congrats having vision to renew it for 70 per yr for 6 yrs... I'd have given up on this.
Yeah. it's a burden to pay premium registry pricing.
Since I received several low offers and some traffic to the domain, I kept renewing it.
Sale price: $1599
Purchase price: Hand register (SEP 2019)
Sold Zoda.co.uk through afternic @ $995 regged last year for 1 GBP .
Nice sale, can you share your idea behind registration of this name ? I mean what made you think to register this name ?
