Haven't share my past 3 or so sales, but I was really struggling with all of the commissions in an already tough to profit market for many.

So a few weeks ago I bit the bullet and created my own landers, which I've now turned into a website that I have plans for. And 2 weeks in I just secured my 1st sale for $12k with only $288 in escrow fees which I had the buyer pay.

Had it listed at $14,888 underneath the form, buyer filled out $5,000 as budget. We discussed a while and landed at 12k.
