Some additional comments about this sale and price; those watching my sales might find these useful.

Unlike previous years, I no longer discount domains to low XXX range. That level is no longer working in 2022, at least for me. Therefore $788 is my sole (and lowest) clearance price.

Surprisingly, further discounts don't boost sales for me; but the contrary. Sales stop if I discount further; I know it doesn't seem to make sense... but it is what happens. The domains might be regarded as low value due to their low xxx price. So that strategy is now gone.

This year is very different in many aspects, including wild fluctuations in sale volume each 2-3 weeks or so.

My standard prices start from $1488 (the cheapos, those I won't likely renew) and most names are 1688 and above.

Side note this domain has sold just 1 day after dropping price at $788, the buyer was likely watching and took advantage of the discount.
