I really liked this domain when I purchased it but interestingly the name was rejected from squadhelp. When I attempted to list it the expert review score came back 2 out of 12 meaning 10 experts thought it wasn't a good brandable. Not sure what the lesson here is but thought this was worth sharing.

I decided to experiment with sav lander because of their 4% commission. But unfortunately, I needed to wait for 14days to have my fund for the domain that was reg and sold on sav. And went to the buyer the same minute he paid. The rationale behind this, i don't know.
They are one of the best registrar out there, because I have about 140 names with them. But they are one of the worst marketplace. I'm not using them until they start instant Cash out.

They sold the name for you and took only 4% commission so why call them "one of the worst"?

Waiting 14 days for payment is not ideal but also not terrible. Probably the delay is part of their fraud prevention efforts.

Afternic and others often take 2 weeks or more to pay out so Sav is not unique in this situation.

Within a week, it received a £120 offer by someone claiming to be a poor startup. I declined. 2 weeks later current buyer sent in a £264 offer, I countered with £6900 & his next offer was £3000 which I accepted..

Back story : hit my account on the 19th of February. SH approved it for 2599 USD. Changed nameservers to SH on the 23rd and eventually got the sold email from Afternic for 250 USD more the very next day. So I am due commissions to SH also, which is fine as per agreement, though this time they have not much to do with this sale. Anyway : 143x return.

Takeaway : once again this sale emphasizes that Afternic and their premium network is a must for your BIN listings even if you point nameservers elsewhere.
