Removing an accepted name from Namerific

Hi, was wondering how to remove one of my accepted and published name from Namerific. Tried to contact them via email but no sucessess so far.
Hope you could help me with that..

Hi,

There is an option to hide the name, but after you hide it there is no option to make it visible again.

I also tried contacting them with no response.

But does hiding equals to removing? I am really not sure about that one..
