I would personally drop this. The .io extension is used by startups, and I can't see a startup using the name of a COVID medicine.
searched on United States Patent and Trademark Office website and i couldn't find a trademark for it :o
I was wrong. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remdesivir An international non-proprietary name (INN) administered by the WHO. So looks like you’re off the hook . Now whether that works as a name or with the TLD is another question. How might this name be used and how lucrative?
Domain registered in 107 Extensions and .io being so hot right now you got yourself a very nice name :P
I remember checking and it being the generic name. Didn’t discover any trademarks for it as well. It’s been a very commonly used word lately so maybe there’s a developmental idea to be born? thanks for all feedback!
107 extensions registered? Wow! That makes it a pretty useful word, correct? Not sure if it works with .io
