if you do a lookup here it says available Instra Corporation - Global Domain Name Registration Services
but if you search sedo for kingfisher it's already for sale The domain is available for purchase*-*Sedo.com
who is at domain tools does not show any information. Kingfisher.ae - Kingfisher

It could be that the previous owner had the name listed on Sedo, and let it drop.
