GoDaddy shows Available for Already Taken domains.

Hi folks,

Godaddy seems messing up things. for example i went to register a domain and it said available. when I click "Select" button, then it says again "Not avaiaible"..

Yes, this is a common issue and doesn't just happen with GD

Its because the database is not always "live" and has been updated

I never search at Godaddy for names, use another registrar for this

I have experienced this a few times with GD, mainly with their Domain Finder app. However, on one occasion, I registered a domain on GD that was unavailable on Namecheap. So I think it is worth checking twice sometimes when a registry says that a domain is taken or unavailable.
