Hi all, I have just tried typing in one of my domains that are parked at sedo but the company who it is registered with - Name.com PPC link page came up instead.

I thought I'd had a domain nicked so I checked it was still in my account which is held at Name.com.
It was still there and the nameservers were both still set to sedo !

I did find the following info in my domain control pannel -
So far this Domain Name has had '27' visit(s) from October 12th 2004 2:00 PM.

BUT - My sedo parking page only shows 7 Unique Visitors per month !!
To me it looks like they are skimming off most the traffic from my domain to their PPC :td:
I have now put on web forwarding to sedo aswell to see if this works/helps.

question - Is this normal practise with registers ?
- Does anyone else have any similar experience ?

Well, At least the domain has not been jacked !! :hehe:

All replies appreciated, Thanks

I would be watching very carefully. If they are skimming then let us know and send them a very nasty email!

It does look that way to me - If I set the nameservers 1 & 2 to go to sedo thats where I would "expect it to go" - Two of the times I just tried it definetly went to their PPC page !

The question is if this is "common practise" How do we know each registers individual skim off percentage amounts ?

I may be totally wrong here but as stated Twice it did'nt go to my sedo parking page when I tried it !

What would you think ?
