Their bulk management tools are not working for months so forget about changing nameservers for more than one domain at a time. Their support responses simply insult your inteligence at times. They are absolutely awful. It's a shame they PAY / LOSE money to acquire more business (by offering $3.xx domain transfers) and fail to deliver decent support and management tools afterwards (= losing the same customers they've gained.)
