Regged a dropped PR4 domain, what to do?

I'm wondering if the PR4 can be useful or not.
By parking it has much traffic but no revenues. Should i develop it? But the new content will delete the pr?

Thank you, but is that OK? I mean the content isn't mine.

Maybe copying the structure and filenames will do?

i don't think that is good idea to use old content without approval. It would be easy to prove plagiarism.

no ,you actually need to copy everything ,mainly the content , the idea is that google will not notice the name had been drop , otherwise u will lose the pr

This is copyright infringement and it is illegal.

As for the PR, if the domain dropped Google knows about it and has adjusted elements of it's ranking beyond what is available for us to see. Toolbar pagerank (the only thing we can see) doesn't mean what it used to.

I would'nt worry about the PR unless its something you would like to develop.

Anyone know the most accurate place to check PR ?

I have two domains parked that show as PR4 using urltrends.com

One of them has been parked for 3 years now and it still shows as a PR4 - I'm guessing urltrends is not too accurate

Put it this way..if the PR is going to drop it isn't going to drop till the next update. Don't bother trying to copy the old content or anything..Trying to trick Google might just end up hurting you.

Put some new content up on the site and keep building backlinks. Since the site is a PR4 right now you can probably do some good trades with PR3-PR5 sites. Get some good PR3 and PR4 links coming into the site and you may just see it go up to a PR5, not down..
